Pargiter Trust Fund

​In partnership with The Pargiter Trust, we are now accepting applications for grants of up to £5,000 to support BME-led organisations working with people aged 60+ in North East England and the London boroughs of Barnet, Greenwich, and Lambeth.

Projects should help older people stay independent, healthy, and socially connected-such as reducing isolation, providing hot meals, or promoting active lifestyles through sports, arts, social clubs, or volunteering.

Energy Resilience Fund

Voice4Change England team members have been trained by Matt Smith, CEO of Key Fund, on the Energy Resilience Fund (ERF). This initiative empowers community and social enterprises to retrofit energy-saving technology on community-owned buildings, aiming to stabilise or reduce energy costs.

What's on offer?

  • Investment from £10k to £150k

  • Up to 40% of the total as a grant (where justifiable for cost reduction)

  • Energy Audit Grants: £500-£2,500 if you haven't yet completed an audit

  • Flexible terms: 12 months to 7 years

  • Interest rate: 6.5% flat (12% APR)

  • Arrangement fee: 1%

  • Security: mainly unsecured

Who can apply?

  • Incorporated community or social enterprises in England

  • SMEs trading substantially (over 50%)

  • Must own the building or have a lease of 12+ years

  • Clear social aims and objectives

  • Been declined by a bank

  • Negatively impacted by the cost of living and energy crisis

  • Based in England
