Energy Resilience Fund
​Voice4Change England team members have been trained by Matt Smith, CEO of Key Fund, on the Energy Resilience Fund (ERF). This initiative empowers community and social enterprises to retrofit energy-saving technology on community-owned buildings, aiming to stabilise or reduce energy costs.

What's on offer?

Investment from £10k to £150k

Up to 40% of the total as a grant (where justifiable for cost reduction)

Energy Audit Grants: £500-£2,500 if you haven't yet completed an audit

Flexible terms: 12 months to 7 years

Interest rate: 6.5% flat (12% APR)

Arrangement fee: 1%

Security: mainly unsecured​
